Air Quality Engineering (AQE) MistBuster models are available both as ESP and Media Filter based units and can be central systems, one to one units, general air cleaners, or even portable units. All of their models offer optional HEPA media filters which supply up to 99.97% collection efficiency. AQE air cleaning systems have variable speeds which allow controllable airflows ranging from 500 to 5000 CFM and require minimal maintenance in wet environments.
Filter-1 Mistron 550 & 1100 are one to one direct mounted oil mist collectors that feature a washable prefilter section that contains an impinger and aluminum mesh filter as well as a synthetic coalester. The main filter section is a micro glass filter with optional HEPA. The units come in vertical and horizontal models and move either 550 or 1100 CFM each.
Filter-1 Mistron MF Units are ducted central oil mist collectors which can move between 1250 and 10,000 CFM of air. The impinger removes large particles and mist and is self-draining. (An optional high-density metal mesh washable prefilter is also available for wet grinding applications.) The unit utilizes a high efficiency micro glass filter for collecting micron and submicron particles. Quiet, energy efficient, and low maintenance operation is provided by a direct drive, backward inclined air foil type blower, requiring no belts to change or bearings to grease. With the vertical oil mist design the primary filter bag pockets are suspended in the vertical position for optimal drainage of the collected coolant mist.
Industrial Maid OM36 units have a Vertical configuration and use high efficiency backward inclined blowers for low-cost service and economical purchase. They range in size from 1000-8000CFM and control mist and smoke from oil-based, water-based and synthetic coolants. Industrial Maid utilizes standard size, high efficiency filters and has optional configurations allowing for hanging from eyebolts.Other options include carbon and/or HEPA final filtration.
Parker PCN unit is a portable version of the popular MSH ESP compact unit and uses 1100 CFM through a 6” arm. The arms are available in 7, 10, and 14-foot lengths to allow you to get into those difficult to reach locations where oil mist is being produced. The taller design gives the PCN portable unit a smaller footprint allowing for unobtrusive functionality in the workspace.
Parker DA and DB series are ambient air cleaners that pull oil mist while suspended from the ceiling. These units are traditional 3-stage media filter cleaners with an impinger, primary filter and after-filter. Parker’s ambient oil mist cleaners pull either 1500, 2200 or 3000 CFM and have many options for primary and after filters.
Parker MSH unit is a compact direct mount ESP that can work either ducted or tethered and vertically or horizontally. These units are ideal for isolated oil mist sources within the work place and come in either 550 or 1100 CFM sizes and you can purchase either single pass or dual pass units for greater capture of oil mist particulates.
Parker PSH Series offers the highest efficiency levels in emission collection, with the ability to handle airflow applications ranging from 750 to 40,000 CFM. The PSH Series is a ducted Central Systems that use Electro-Static Precipitators to ensure efficient capture. Each system comes equipped with Ionizers, which effectively charge particles and ensure even distribution of energy across Collection Cells.
Parker SHM Series are 3 stage traditional media filter collectors that use your choice of either fiberglass envelope bags or coalescing filter cartridges for a primary filter while incorporating either a 95% after-filter or 99.97% HEPA filter as a post filter. Like most traditional oil mist media collectors this unit has impinger as a pre-filter. These units are available in sizes ranging from 1200-7200 CFM.
Parker (Formerly UAS) SHN Series is a ceiling mount or direct mount ESP unit that can be either ducted or work ambiently and can generate between 550 and 7500 CFM. Unlike bag or box filters that remove only the largest particles, ESP electrically charges both large and microscopic contaminants, and then strips them from the air stream collecting on grounded collection plates.
Plymovent ME Oil Mist Collectors are ducted units that are designed for oil mist. They have a 5-step filtration process that can be used in concert with a HEPA filter when the air will be re-circulated within the building. ME units are modular, so they are extremely versatile and easily used for either smaller jobs or larger ones. ME Units are typically used between 800 and 5000 CFM.
